Big Ambitions Employee Roles

Every worker in Big Ambitions has a specific job. This page is the roster of employee types and their duties; for hiring, training and the HQ workflow see Employees.

Roles at a glance

This is the what each role does reference. The Employees page covers the hiring, training and HQ automation system; here you match a role to a need.

Matching a role to a need

  • Under-supplied shelves → a Purchasing Agent plus Logistics Manager (see Imports & Deliveries).
  • Prices drifting in a rival's district → a Pricing Manager at HQ.
  • Theft or valuable stock → a Security Guard.
  • Slow checkout / "all queues are full" → more Customer Service staff on the register and a longer queue (see Queues & Checkout Flow).
  • A growing chain → HR Managers, Head Hunters and training presets so you are not hiring by hand at every store.

How many of each?

Big Ambitions does not publish fixed headcount ratios per business; the right number depends on store size, customer capacity, opening hours and how many products you sell. The practical approach is to watch the BizMan Insight tab (customer flow, satisfaction, stockouts) and add staff until those are healthy, then copy the roster across stores with the schedule preset. Community spreadsheets exist for specific businesses, but treat any fixed "X employees per store" number as a starting point to tune, not a rule.

For the hiring, training and HQ workflow behind these roles, see Employees.
